Hit my goal weight, 40 lbs in 113 days.
Didn't really get serious about weight loss until I joined MFP and was able to track my calories. The before pic is from about 5 years ago at my heaviest. After pic is from a few minutes ago. Counting calories, working out 3 days a week(stronglifts 5x5) and running 3 days a week(started/finished c25k.) Thank you MFP.
