Habit at this point. At first pre-logging helped immensely. Planning out your day food wise makes it more obvious that eating is a requirement for living and not something to necessarily be done for enjoyment or even boredom. That changed my mindset about it tremendously.

Never heard of that... I never used a cheat meal in the 9-10 months I dieted or since on maintenance. I lost without issue or plateaus.

LoL, Heroes of the Storm are the multiplayer games I'm playing lately if anyone wants to play around a bit. Looking at either FFXIV or ESO to start as well.

More often than I feel I should, not complaining but genuinely surprised when it happens. Maybe most of you just don't notice you're hit on? :smile:

Like many others have said, fluctuations happen. Knowing they happen doesn't stop it from sucking when you see it on the scale either, just have to force yourself to understand there's no realistic way you ate that many calories and that it's just water weight.

I wanted to get back into shape. No real reason other than that. Being healthier was a good enough reward and made it easier to be lighter on my feet.

Keep that in mind for the bad days(if/when they happen) and you'll make your goal. Hoping to see you victorious in your fight.

Anything that increases your motivation to stay healthy is worth it. If you think it will help, get one. They aren't perfectly accurate but who cares when they encourage or remind you to work out.

A 5 lb variance is what I allow, as long as it doesn't persist for a few days(rare.)

Some times you'll stall out. If you're positive you are doing everything right it may be time to re-evaluate your caloric intake, this usually only happens when you get to a low body fat % though, I'm not sure where you are at with that so it may be a possibility. Just wait it out and it should continue to drop assuming…

Haven't watched this season yet but I will say the women go hard in MMA. Almost never see them run the clock out or coast out a round, love it.
