what is crash dieting

Basically, going on any nonsensical diet that promises to help you SEEM fitter, but it doesn't work, and (usually) will ultimately make you sick. For example, most "juice fasts" or " cleanses" promise fast results but sound revolting because they involve consumption of odd stuff, and ultimately let you keep a maximum of 700 cals available at a given time, which can hurt you unless undertaken with very close connection to a doctor. I'm by no means an expert, but I hope that helps.0

Short term fad diets that have no practical long term solutions. Highly restrictive for a short period of time which inevitably lead you to a binge cycle, because it's not sustainable in the least bit.0

I think it's when I go to Hometown Buffet and crash through the wall to skip the long wait at the door.0

It's basically any diet that is only temporary, and honestly a bit stupid.0

All of the above. Quick results that only last until you eat a normal meal. Long lasting results can only come from hard work and keeping your eye on the prize of healthy nutrition and better overall fitness.0
