Heart rate inquiry
I was just wondering if anyone has noticed changes with their heart rate during weight loss/dieting? Mine felt a little weird today and at one point I checked it and it was about 54. Other times it was higher though. Sometimes I feel sluggish but I always have way more energy after exercising!

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm looking for fitness videos to do online. Do you know any that either are very efficient at burning calories or give really good results?
