ok it was 125 g cooked (boiled) then 102 after baking with bone and 40g bone so 85g to 62 g meat ...the canadian nutrient profile says 334 cal for 100g lean and fat, simmered, roasted, ediple portion . So I will log 85g for 284 cal and 23 pro :) not sure it was worth the calories
-
So a 125g piece is about palm sized. 346 cal (277cal/100g)or 189cal(43cal/oz)....

I was getting other groceries today and looked at the nutrition facts on frozen no name pork sides ribs with bbq sauce or honey garlic and it says 280/290 cal for 140 g edible portion and 18/16 g protein.....large difference from the mfp canadian nutrition value pork sides ribs with no sauce (100g, 277 cal, 15g protein)

I just want to know how many calories they have so I can adjust my intake (snack after) to make sure I hit my goal of 2500 calories. I also try to have at least 100 g protein a day so want to make sure…

The whole bag of wings is 1.218 kg, but that includes the tip of the wing that you cut off. I'd probably have a 5th of this.
-
So weighing them is out I think..family cooking, weighing causes friction. Would 324 cal for 2 whole wings or 4 pieces seem accurate?
-
Stop exercising.

How many calories is your recovery meal plan? Having it at less than 3000 may mean you aren't fueling your body and mind enough so they are screaming for food. Also, restricting foods in recovery can lead to your' binges'. 'Binging' is not bad in recovery. You need to gain weight anyway so any extra calories are great. eat…

You shouldn't be too stirct with your diet, you need variety. It woul dbe easier to reach the calorie goals if you weren't so rigid about eating 'healthy', induldge a little or choose some more calorie dense foods (nuts, sauce, spreads etc)
-
you could buy pre-portioned foods, measure out your food before you put it on your plate and log so you know what you are having and stop at that, use small plates, cutlery etc., take 1/2 of what you had planned on eating, eat that and then see how you feel, serve your food and then immediately pack up the rest in the…
