Had a wicked day...help me eat back

So today I was super stressed and didn't have to be anywhere so I spent the day exercising. I am really unsure of how much I should eat today though just because it is so much more exercise than normal. I don't want to gain weigh though so I'm worried about the accuracy of logging and how much to eat back. Can you guys help?
So I am 99lbs and a 23 y/o female.
I did: 200 minutes jogging in place (broke it up in sections so wasn't too winded), 64 minutes of kickboxing (split into 4 videos) and 60 minutes of wii free step (split in 2 30min sessions). I also did 30 minutes of yoga but I don't log that because I don't think it burns much.
What I logged was 100min jog in place, 32 of kickboxing and 60 of wii fit free step. I halved the jogging and kickboxing because I don't know how accurate MFP is but I logged all the wii step because my wii actually tells me I burn more and I don't really 'step' it's more of a jog so I think I'd burn that.
What MFP gives me is 950 burned. Does that seem accurate?
I have eaten 1585 calories today so that gives me a net of 635. Is this alright or should I up the net?

That's... a really low net.
Eat some ice cream or something. Seriously.0 -
Up the net by A LOT. You shouldn't eat under your BMR for net.0

Agreed up your net, MFP works on you eating as close as possible to your net goal
Slightly concerned about your weight as well, how tall are you because 99 lbs seems incredibly low0 -
So how much should I eat back? To get to 1200?0

Based on your original post 565 would get you to 1200 I think0 -
Um, how tall are you?0

I would give it some time...personally I should be losing weight but I'm not....I think water weight fluctuations is a major thing! Stick with it and just keep checking. I have had a 3500 deficit over the last 3 days and actually went up a bit in weight...so I think our bodies are just very unstable! It isn't always counting wrong so don't beat yourself up! (Personally I know there is no possible way I could be gaining with what I am eating!)
3500 deficit over 3 days seems INCREDIBLY unhealthy to me!!
Edit: Found a post saying she is 5'3"0 -

So according to the above post and that you state you are 99 lbs... Why are you trying to lose weight??? You are underweight. You are going to do some major damage. You might want to seek some professional help. Seriously.0 -
sorry for the late reply...that is my height and I am trying to maintain now0
-
if you're trying to maintain.... you need to eat alot more than a net of 1200 calories.0

5'3, 99 lbs, severe deficit ... I think you need to talk to a doctor and have a blood panel done.0

Thank you all for your concern. I do have a dr appointment coming up.
...but the question at hand is how much did I burn today and how much do I need to eat?0 -
Scooby says 1525 before exercise so you need 2475 calories to make up for that workout.0
-
The bigger question is why you are maniacally exercising and then stressing about calories. I would work with someone on developing a healthier relationship with food.....and yourself, potentially.0

I notice you mentioning you're 5'5 in another post?
99lbs and 5'5? I would encourage you to up your daily goal. 1200 is really, really low (especially if you aren't generally eating exercise calories back?)0
