Dreaded Treamill
I'm horrible with getting the motivation to keep working out. I start and then after about ten minutes, I have a hard time actually wanting to do it. I want to until I start doing it and then my mind changes really fast. I've tried other things like working out for shorter periods of time and just more times in a day, but…

Any ideas?
I go to the gym, but I also want some workouts that I can do throughout the day because I sometimes can't make it to the gym and even if I do, it all helps. The problem is that I work a 9-5 desk job.... I take the stairs instead of the elevator, but call me unimaginative I have no ideas for anything else really.

Just joined a couple days ago and it's awesome so far! I've been trying to lose weight for awhile with no luck so I'm hoping this will work I have about 30 lbs to lose! Anyone have any tips? :)
