Hello all! So I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the 5:2 eating plan? The idea (modified) would be that you eat moderately healthy 5 days a week with indulgences here and there (not bingeing though) with 2 non-consecutive restricted calorie days ( less than 500 for women).

Lots of Strength but not looking different?
So I've been doing lots of strength training (about 4x a week) with light-moderate cardio and though I definitely feel stronger and feel my endurance getting higher I'm not seeing any real difference physically. Should I cut back on the strength and focus on cardio to get rid of the fat first and focus on building muscle…
