Hey, I can't run well at the moment due to injuries, but I can walk and I try to lose weight by walking. I go for 1 hour walks as fast as I can. Today I walked 6,7 km in 1 hour. I have a goal of walking 7 km pr. hour. Is that a reasonable goal? I weigh 105kg and is 185cm tall.
