convenient choices turned bad...
I stopped at subway today, needing a quick lunch...although my fat and calories were acceptable, that sandwich had HALF my daily sodium! Earlier I had a special k protein meal bar...good cals, good fat, HALF my daily sugar...no more grab n' go for me!

Fiber
Does anyone take a fiber additive/supplement daily? Like metamucil or something....my daily chart says i'm getting enough fiber, but my body is telling me otherwise! anyone else have this problem?

Running in the rain...
Getting ready to start Week 5 Day 1 of couch to 5k...aaaaand, it's raining outside. Sprinkling, really. Now that i abandoned the treadmill for outside 2 weeks ago, i can NOT make myself go back to the gym and run on the treadmill. I want to run outside! Just looking for someone to push me one way or another...

Pedometer verses MFP selections for calories...
I walked today for 38 minutes, at a good strong pace for 2.2 miles...my pedometer said i burned 221.7 calories. My MFP exercise adding tool approximated it at 133 calories...big difference! How accurate do you think pedometers are for calculating calories burned? I calibrated it to my stride length and current weight...
