Tips for staying on track for the weekend...
i fall off the wagon at least once or twice during the weekends. i don't always go over on calories, but i take in enough sodium to make me gain weight like i did...after NOT losing NEW weight all week, i tend to stay on track the next weekend/week....so basically, i lose no weight one week, then 2-3 pounds the next week.…

Tips for running endurance??
i ran my 2nd 5k today (ran my first one last sunday)...my times for both were 38 minutes. i did the c25k program to get ready and found that although it prepared me to run 20-30 minutes, it did NOT ready me to run 3.1 miles (i'm short and out of shape)...anybody have any tips to help me build my endurance so i don't poop…

I have been running about 1.5-2 miles a day, 3-4 days a week...i make sure to stretch really good after i get done running, but still have sore calves constantly! is there any sort of supplements or remedies that anyone can suggest, besides stretching (which i do multiple times daily)...
