Recomp and limitations with Weights
Looking to recomp. I've read bunches of notes on it. Need a little help. Age: 60, Ht: 6.0, Wt: 161, BF% 17. Workout ~5 days/week./ Mostly HIIT (T25, P90X). Started adding in weights 3x/week and removing some cardio. Maybe 3x weights and 2x cardio. Not including riding mountain bike, hiking, or evening walks. My goal is…
