Hey all How have other moms dealt with the weight loss plateau? I gained 30 lbs with my pregnancy and got up to 192lbs, 5ft 8 inches. I was 175 lbs by three weeks post partum and the scale hasn't changed regardless of diet or exercise. My shape has slimmed a bit but the weight is stuck at 175. I just stopped breastfeeding…
