So when I log my hrm calories after my workout, I do have my fitbit linked, at night when I sync it my exercise calories get higher. Hello , Im still up and down. I wanted to know if I should up my calories? Because I m burning at least 400-500 calories when I m working out 3-4 times a week Im 4'11 weight 153 pounds if this helps BMR 1438.05

I have a question maybe a little dumb but I set my polar fitness hrm yesterday and I wet the straps like it told me too but it calculated just my workout time. It said no zone and no calories burned. I have been working out consistently and alot of circuit training with light weights/ push ups etc. I have gained weight . I m confused my BMR 1438.4, so I changed my calorie intake to 1450. So I havent been losing weight !!! I m confused on eating back calories after workouts? I read that my BMR 1302 and I changed my calorie intake to 1512 a day. I work out 4 times a week. Can someone help me figure this out

Ok so example If i change my calorie intake to 1500 calories , burn 460 exercising that decreases to 1040 so to reach 1200 calories I would eat 160 to make sure my body is not in starvation mode correct? my deficit 1710calories??? mrsbelindagrant
