Thanks I do use Polar fitness every time I work out even on ellipitical and strength machines etc so my burns are close.

My Diary is open and 1360 is what I have to eat everyday per activtrax at the Ymca and I use a polar fitness hrm. I do weigh my food and I havent really logged in past two weeks because my grandmother past away but you can look

Thanks I do want to give up sometime but I keep moving right along, sometime I feel like Im wasting my time. I do mix cardio and strength training and if I dont get to the gym I do 30DS. I will go into my settings too thanks for letting me know about protein I dont want to bulk up

I have lost some inches but not much been working out 3-4 times since Jan.

I do sit behind a desk the majority of the day. I am very active with my kids, moving around a bit but work out 3-4 times a week,

ME TOO MINE IS 1200 CALORIES WITH A DEFICIT OFF 510 AND I burn almost 500 calories when I work out and I mnot replacing the calories. So I was confused as to should I be eating th ecalories that I have burned but from the feedback I m thinking so:-)
