I'm just started today the low card diet. What should I change my settings to? Carbs , protein etc

Calories and exercising
Just wanted to see if anyone eats all their calories when you exercise. When I exercise my calorie count goes up quite a bit. I'm afraid to go over my 1200 calories a day . But from what I have read you have to eat more to lose weight. I have not lost any weight in a week. I was losing everyday at least something.

Taco Bell Fresco menu
Has anyone ried it? I love eating from the 7 lower calorie items at Taco Bell. It makes me feel like I'm eating something I shouldn't.:smile:
