Hello everyone!! Im kind of new to MFP. I started by logging everything i ate for about 4 weeks while i did the 30 Day Shred. I felt really good and only lost about 2 lbs. Then i got lazy... I stopped logging my food after finishing the program. I still go to the gym a minimum of 5 days a week. One day i run 5k then do 20…
