I'm really happy to see this! I just posted a thread about this same problem. I am 5'2 and 133 pounds. I would like to loose 7 pounds and eat cleaner. 1200 calories is what I am eating and feel very full. I work out 5 days a week and never eat my calories back. I would be forcing myself... This makes me more confused!!

Very cool! I'm hoping to tone up those last 10 pounds too! I'm thinking of trying Kilo Cardio (a meal plan) too! And as always keep up my extra cardio!!!!

Thank you guys so much for the quick replies! I did take some measurements but only after completing the 30 Day Shred. I had forgotten about them until you mentioned them; i will definitely bring them to the front of my mind again and start using that as more of a reference point than the scale. Im thinking about trying to…
