Hello, I've suffered from PCOS for years. I'm on a journey to get my PCOS under control. I'm sick of being tired, fat, uncomfortable & moody! I'm completely feed up. If anyone can relate add me! I started my journey on 6/21/17 & have manage to lose 15 lbs so far. I just need motivation to keep going.

I was looking into how much water I should be drinking per day for my weight class, I realized that 8 cups was just the minimum requirement. Pretty much all the sites told me that I need to drink 24 cups of water. Do you think this is true and is it safe? How much water are you drinking a day?
