returning after 3 months!!
Hi all, I am returning to using mfp after a 3 month break and a 3lb gain. Needing a bit of motivation to get me going!!!!! currently 180.5 and my ideal would be 145 - please feel free to send a friend request - to kick my butt into gear!!!

Carlories burned while pushing stroller????
Anyone have any idea how many cals burned while pushing a child in a stroller? I usually just log my daily walks as 'walking - leisurely 2.5mph. Ideas for quick low cal lunches??
Help! I am running out of ideas for quick, low cal lunches. I need variation or I will stray!!!! Any ideas would be much appreciated, I'm not a fussy eater and don't mind trying something new, just seem to be stuck in a soup sandwich/wrap rut. :smile: Thanks, Lou x
