  • No I found my legs were in agony with level 1, at the beginning. By day 4 they eased up and by day 5 the pain had virtually gone. But it's no joke, I had to shuffle down the stairs on my bum at one point, I was sooooo sore!!! I didn't miss any days though, just kept doing it.
  • Hi guys, I missed my work out yesterday - decided on a day off. I must admit level 2 really isn't doing it for me I had such good results and although it got a bit boring, I still preferred level 1. However, it's my weigh day today and I have lost another 2lbs , which I am majorly pleased about ;0) Keep it up guys, it may…
  • 1) Impatient drivers, especially those who drive vehicles the size of small houses to go and get a pint of milk - wtf? 2) Rude people who assume when you hold open a door, you are some sort of servant, put on the earth to make their day breezier - er NO just being polite so say' thank you ' selfish fookers. 3) Sting - nuff…
  • The thought has occured to me a number of times. I would just hope both the guys and girls out there respect each other equally. (In an ideal World!!!)

  • I did level 1 twice on a couple of days, because I felt I was just getting started and the workout was over. However, you may be at a higher level of fitness than me and moving up may help. I done level 2 day 1 today, it's more about upper body strength in this level.
  • Well, that's 10 days of level 1 over, I did do it twice on a couple of days because I was just getting stuck in and the workout was over. My measurements have reduced : Upper waist - was 37.5 inches now 35 - loss of 2.5!! Lower waist (tummy button) was 46 inches now 40 - loss of 6 inches!!! Hips was 47 inches now 45 - loss…
  • Just keep logging what you eat, get as much exercise as you can fit in and drink loads of water. I find the more chances I get to log on to mfp the more motivated I am, I read the success stories and look at the pics and that usually keeps me from stuffing my face!! Why not give yourself a small 2 week challenge to start…
  • I can't stop snacking, I think it's hardwired into my brain...must snack....must snack, however, I try to snack on raw veggies ,not a big fruit fan but I can pick at blueberries and cranberries, nuts or a crispbread type snack. I always drink as much water as I can - but when your at work you could be in the bathroom most…
  • sounds delish ;0)
  • I snack every night, it's counted in my daily allowance - I look forward to my night time snacks!!! It has not stopped me losing weight either!
  • haha just don't use the extra calories for cake!!!
  • It's a tough one because you don't want to undo the work you have put in so far, yet, you want keep the loss up. I eat 1420 and any exercise I do I nearly always eat my exercise cals back. My exercise cals are vital everyday for me - Do you eat your exercise cals? If so can you fit some more exercise in to gain some more…
  • Just done day 9, level1. I have done it twice on two of the days - it just didn't seem long enough when I was really in the 'zone' I have had a little go of level 2, it looks tough, but then so did level 1 at the start! I got weighed on Saturday, as it's my usual day and I have lost 3lb. I have still been walking and doing…
  • I have a thing for berries at the mo, cranberries and blue berries and I have also got a bit of a thing for raw carots - easy to take with you to work and the such.
  • Hi I'm on day 8,level 1. After the initial pain of the first few days, I find it's a quick and quite enjoyable routine. I do it twice a day, then once a day alternately because 20 mins, just doesn't seem long enough to me - looking forward to level 2 in a couple of days. I lost 3lb in the last 7 days (and it was TOM) so I…
  • The 5 day detox plan, they still do it I was looking at it last week. But it's £14.25. When I used to get it before I didn't have kids - I just can't justify it now!! I am gonna have a look in a couple of different pharmacies this week, just see if there is anything different. I used to get one in bottle that lasted for 7…
  • I know the feeling. My treats are evenings were I can have a glass of wine and a bit of chocolate after a long soak in the bath - me time yey!! You can't buy that!
  • well done on reaching your goal! I think your making a healthy choice by wanting to maintain and not lose any more weight, I can't advise you on maintaining though, cos I still have a long way to my goal!!
  • I love this post. Chuckle chuckle....
  • I am 182.5 now, started over 200. I am determined to be down to 140 - so still have a long way to go. My goals are all small and do-able, my next goal is a 5lb loss in the next 30 days or so (my birthday 5th july) It took a while to accept how much I have to lose and sometimes I still play it down in my mind!!! However,…
  • Hartlepool ,North East England. All your places sound so exotic, i wish i could visit all those places!
  • wow, what a revelation - I too have lost my 2 yr old, I never thought of it like that!
  • I have searched for this, all my local grocers and supermarkets don't have it Live in Hartlepool,UK - local grocers say that the markets they attend don't get it any more, even when it's in season. Do you have any ethnic produce shops near you, I don't but others have suggested that route. Good luck and post if you find…
  • I would defo try the no underwear thing. My daughter was 18 months when she started and was dry during the day within 3 days. I stayed at home for a day with her and the following 2 days we didn't go far but she never wore pull up or nappies again during the day. However, when we started the night time she wasn't so quick,…
  • Oooh I want a ticker too! GOT ONE!!! (ticker factory.com)
  • I want in too!!!! Yey another chalenge!
  • I think it's a great idea if it worked for you before, I have taken to weighing every 2 weeks, I am much more in tune with what I put in my mouth when I am not jumping on the scales every 5 mins. I have just started 30 day shred so will, as part of the challenge, be weighing and measuring at least every 10 days for the…
