Weight just isn't going down.
I started a pretty aggressive diet back in January where I consumed under 1200 net calories a day in conjunction with a 5 day a week cardio work out which consisted of 60 - 80 minutes of cycling at ~13 - 15mph on my exercise bike on weekdays and 2 hours+ on the weekends.
