Should I lose another 5 lbs?
Thinking of going from 140 lbs to 135 lbs. I'm 5'6, 23 % BF, and a size 6. I usually range from 140 lbs to 142 lbs. I've been 135 before, usually when I was stressed or doing a manual labour job. The thing is at 135 lbs by tummy is very defined and I can wear 27 pants. Still undecided. What do you think?
