When I completed my day, it said I wasn't eating enough calories? O.o Personally, I feel like I am because I don't feel hungry. Should I eat more because it says that?
I've been procrastinating going on a diet for about 2 years now. I need to lose around 40 pounds. (Mind you, this picture is an older picture, I'm about 40 pounds heavier now. I want to be *there* again. So it is for inspiration) Would anyone like to be my friend so we can help each other keep motivated? :)
