Is anyone else doing Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30? How do you like it? Any results?
What are some healthy meals to eat? I'm getting tired of subway and eating the same things everyday. I could use some new ideas since I don't really know what to eat.
I've been doing the 30 day shred video and love it! I've lost inches but hardly any weight. Has anyone done a JM video where they've lost weight?
