  • I've done turbo fire a couple times. It was very hard to follow! I do not have the choreography for that and my heart rate didn't get nearly as high as when I do other workouts. I mean it might have been a good workout if I weren't staring at the TV lost half the time.
  • How many times did you do each level? I was thinking 10 days per level like with 30 day Shred. And your right her voice can get annoying hearing it over and over! Lol

  • The hardest thing I had to overcome was to continue to workout when I was working 60 hours a week! Also continuing to workout when the scale is stuck!

  • I was wondering the same thing! I store a lot of my weight in my belly too. Jillian Micheals videos do seem to be helping though! Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism are good ones! Do you recommend 6 week 6 pack?

  • Tomorrow will be my last day of level 3, and it's taken me close to 60 days! Mainly because I would alternate it with different DVDs. I still have gotten awesome results and feel great! I think it's meant to be done every day for 30 days, but I think anyway you do it you'll see results. Awesome DVD!
