Sugar from Fruits???? IS it too much
Hello everyone, I have been eating a lot of fruit becuase it is in season and good for me, I usually have 3-5 servings a day: Banana, Orange, pear and/ or strawberries. feeling let down
I have stayed in my calorie limit this week. Did not over eat and worked out each day. After a week I put on 4 pounds!! I dont understand and I am very upset. I logged everything and even turned down sweets. HELP

Hello I am now to myfitness but surely not to dieting and or healthy eating. So far today it appears myfitnesspal is easy to use I hope it remains that way. Any tips everyone?
