Garden Salad
Does anyone know the calories of a garden salad? I have looked numerous places on internet. Can't find plain salad with veggies ex) cucumbers, onions, tomatoes..ect. Do I have to break it all up by what's in it to figure out calorie content?

How are you all doing if you returned to work? Are you pumping? I returned on Monday. It so hard and even harder is to find time and privacy to pump without fear of someone demanding your attention. I miss my pumpkin!

well folks three more weeks of boot-camp and weights and I lost 2 inches (1in stomach, 1 in hips). I am up 2.4 pounds? Cals are at 1700. Thoughts? Should I up my cals from 1700- to 2000? Logging Intervals training
Hi I do 30 minutes interval training with Cardio 1 minute, weight 1 minute... EX) Jump rope i minute and then 1 minute squats. How do I log this in exercise. Right now I am using Calisthenics(Sit up, Push up). Is this accurate. Should I log under aerobics, strength training? thanks
