new guy looking for a few friends to keep motivated :)
Hi - I'm fairly new and looking for a few friends to stay motivated and encourage each other. I am a 44 year old guy with 75 lbs to go to my goal weight. I have lost 14 lbs since Jan 1st and want to ramp it up. My main exercise is walking (4-5 times a week). I log into MFP daily. In the past, I've pushed a lot of weights…
