shoulder pain while running?
Hi Mfpals! :# I recently got more into running and noticed that after about 2-3km my shoulder(s) start hurting, A LOT. It's usually my left shoulder, occasionally the right one as well. So I have lost around 20 lbs the last couple of months, and now at a weight of 144 lbs at 5'7'' (so that's a BMI of 22.6, I have no idea what my body fat % is though). Does anyone know any low-calorie alternatives when craving chocolate or sweets in general? When I have those cravings (usually at night) I always go crazy on chocolate or cookie dough which is terrible. :(
