Half marathon HELP!!!
So I took a step and signed up for a half marathon in October. I'm nervous, excited, scared, anxious...you name it I feel it. Does anyone have any tips or training suggestions to help me along my journey? I don't want to just finish, I want to be able to say I ran the whole thing without walking!

Christmas cookies- HELP!!!
I tried to avoid it, I had hoped my family would forget about it but nooooooooo they asked if I was still making cookies for Christmas this year. Increased meals = increased metabolism????
I was recently told that I need to increase my number of meals from 3 a day to ~5 a day to increase my metabolism, is this true? If so, how do you structure those 5 meals? Thanks!
