Hey everyone... For weight loss (245lbs and 5"7) what ratio of carbs/proteins/fat should I go for? I word out 3-4 times a week (Body pump twice and stationery bike 4 times a week). Please, any help is welcome. I'm just getting more confused by all the articles on the net.
