Hello, new friends and motivators :)

Hi everyone :)

New here as well! Trying to lose weight the right way for me this time, logging everything that I eat/drink!

Hope I can learn to take better control of my cravings as well as keep the 3times/week gym regimen up.

For the first time though, I feel, that I have it in me to change! I can do this!

I'd love to find some people here that want the same! I'm looking forward to this!
