I am having problems getting my full calorie count, and it is causing me not to lose weight as fast. It is not that I am not eatting, but I get full quickly. I do not eat junk or anything like that, just nothing that is very calorie dense but filling Any suggestions on how to change my diet or add in certain things?
So, I am not exactly new...just finally getting the hang of things! I need help incoporating running into my weekly routien, because I think that is what is keeping me from losing the weight I want. Friend requests are welcomed, as I know I need to support!!!
