I am having problems getting my full calorie count, and it is causing me not to lose weight as fast. It is not that I am not eatting, but I get full quickly. I do not eat junk or anything like that, just nothing that is very calorie dense but filling Any suggestions on how to change my diet or add in certain things?

Add items that are high in calories like nuts, Greek yogurt, fattier milks, cheeses or cottage cheese brands, even consider protein shakes that are higher in calories.0
