Can you lose 20-23 pounds in 3 months?
Hey guys I want to lose 20-23 pounds in about three months and I wanted to know if this was possible. I am 160LBS, female and 5"9'. About how many calories should I eat and how much should I workout to achieve this goal if its possible? Thanks.:happy:

Is My Goal Realistic?
I am 162-163 LBS, 5"9', Female and am about to start eating 1,200 calories a day. I want to lose about 30 pounds by mid August. Is this reachable with 40 minutes of exercise each day? 130-135 is the average weight for my body height and my bone structure. If its not achievable eating 1,200 should I lower calories or…

Not Losing weight
I eat 1,200 -1,400 depending on day (Easter threw me off) I exercise with Jillian Michaels DVDS and I do one or two of them a day (30 or 60 mins total).
