Does anyone have an opinion about exercising while feeling "under the weather?" My son has been sick for the last few days with a cold? I have been feeling really tired with the some of the same symptoms as him. Is it a good idea to exercise while feeling like I'm coming down with a cold? I've only began this weight loss…
I've been using MFP for 6 days now and have lost 4 pounds. I have eaten 1500 calories or less everyday and have walked my butt off these few days. However, today I am HUNGRY! I don't know what is going on.......Up until today I haven't felt hungry. Can anyone explain what is going on?
