Wow, calories galore!
Was at my brother & SILs house tonight. They got Casey's pizza for supper & invited my hubby & I to stay & eat - we did. After we got home, I logged my food. I am still shocked at the amount of calories in 1 slice of pizza! I ate 3 & had a soda, so I ate over my goal in 1 meal! I'm screwed for the day! ????

My Fitbit burned calories is so wrong!
So, last night I looked at my Fitbit app to see what my stats were. My calories burned were about right sounding, this was about 8 p.m. Later, I ate some Wheat Thins & decided to log them. Using Fitbit Zip + Polar Ft7 + MFP...
Should I be entering my extra activity (using Polar HRM) into the Fitbit app or the MFP app? Does it make a difference?

Enable negative adjustments?
Do the ppl using a Fitbit device have this option selected? The calories "burned" using my new Fitbit is actually being added, rather than subtracted in MFP. I'm confused!

I just ordered the above mentioned items & should receive them tomorrow. Here's my question: Should I remove the Fitbit when I'm using the HRM so they don't accidentally both calculate the same calories burned?

Entering food into MFP...
When do you stop the day? I'm a night owl, so I'm sometimes up until 2 a.m. I've been entering food as "today" until I go to bed, even if it's technically "tomorrow." ???? How should I enter this?
I'm trying to incorporate more water into my diet. The problem is I hate regular water! I've been drinking Propel Zero water & really like it. I've been entering it into MFP under lunch, dinner or snack, whichever it applies to. But, should I be putting into the water category too, or instead? Thanks in advance for any…
