I always always always seem to have food on my mind at night/before bed. I know i need to stop before i go to bed because that fat will fall on my hips. But are there any tips or suggestions to stop the late night snacking? i just did 30 minutes of cardio because i ate a stupid cupcake! but it was delicious! STOP STOP…
I had a baby a year ago in May. When I went to my dr. for a follow up appt I was told that my birth control would have to be the Depo Shot because I cannot take a birth control pill with high levels of estrogen because I am nursing. Now will this have any impact on being able to lose weight?
