weight gain after weight loss with same routine
Hi everyone, I've recently lost about 30lbs, I was at 124 lbs about a month ago, well in the last two weeks or so, I've spiked up to 134lbs, and I don't know why. I feel like I gain a pound every day. I'm still exercising the same and eating 1,200 cal like I was before. I've literally changed nothing about my routine…
