weight gain after weight loss with same routine

Hi everyone,

I've recently lost about 30lbs, I was at 124 lbs about a month ago, well in the last two weeks or so, I've spiked up to 134lbs, and I don't know why. I feel like I gain a pound every day. I'm still exercising the same and eating 1,200 cal like I was before. I've literally changed nothing about my routine (except running further everyday), and I'm gaining weight back. Please help me figure out what's going on!

I've lost 75lbs total since starting my weight loss journey, but I've only been using mfp for 4 months.

A couple questions: if you are in maintenance why are you eating 1200 cals?
    Are you weighing/measuring your food?
How much exercise are you getting?

All good questions. If you really are logging accurately, it's got to be water weight. You have to eat a LOT to gain weight that much.

Is it hot where you are? Are you eating a lot of sodium? Are you rings tight or your ankles swollen?

If you've been running a lot and it's hot, perhaps you need to be drinking a lot more water. That would lead to water retention (ironically) and very rapid weight gain. I ate airplane food and went to South America and gained 10 pounds in two days. All water.

Are you still trying to lose weight, or are you trying to maintain?

If you are trying to maintain, why are you eating so few calories?

If you are eating 1200 calories you would be losing weight, therefore you could be eating more than you realize.

I personally would be surprised if 10 pounds is all water weight, but maybe some of it is..

ETA: are you doing any weight lifting? If so, then it could be water retention while lifting, but I've personally only gained a few pounds from water retention and then it's usually gone within a few days or weeks.
