Kicking my weight loss in to high gear
I really want to kick my weight loss into high gear. Is it better to get in two 1hour cardio workouts or is it ok to just do 2 hours of cardio all at once? I also lift weights M W F, however I try to do cardio all 7days of the week. Thanks

Is it possible to do to much cardio in a day? I guess what I am asking at some time does it become ineffective or no more beneficial then what you have already done?

Fun day to be at the gym
I was at the gym today people watching. The gym put out a large bowl of candy, chocolate ect... It was hilarious watching the people walk by it and look keep walking and then go back. daily calories
I am continually (always) under my calorie goal, yet I am not hungry, seems wrong to eat just to get the calories. Am I wrong to not eat? example today my net calories (after exercise) are at 738 my total is just over 1200, I am a carpenter so my calories left 1600 are and I don't want to eat, I am not hungry.
