Weighed 181.2 this morning. I lost 2.3 pounds this week. Now I have 9 pounds to go. My goal is to get below 180 next weigh in

Hello - I seem to be really motivated on Saturday and Sunday. Then when I go back to work I start getting lazy and bored and I don't track and swim as much as I wanted to. I will have to find a way to make my Monday through Friday fitness plans work. I think I need to pre-track my food in the morning and make sure I leave…
