it's Saturday and I am down1.5 pounds. My goal is to make that 2 pounds by my actual weigh in on Wednesday. Then it will be under 10 pounds to go. I am rejuvenated to keep tracking my food. :smile:

today's weight 183.5. I am up 1.6 pounds from last week. I know the gain is from not tracking consistently. so tracking daily will be my goal this week. 12 pounds to goal.

I have been using the Ultimate Value Diary App too. I wish it also had a website when I don't feel like using my phone, but for now I am using it. I feel like Points limit me more, which I like. Jane

Checking in today. It is Sunday June 1st. I got my 30 minute swim in. I had to share a lane the whole time but at least I got to swim. i dont really have any specific summer plan except i know i have to be consistant with my daily plans of tracking and swimming or some other exercise.
