Weightloss Plateau/lower belly fat
I know weightloss slows down the smaller you get but I have been at a plateau for almost 2 months now. I did p90x3 did great and moved on to 21 day fix and had no results and I'm not on insanity:max 30 in the second month and still no results..no weightloss no inch loss. 21 day fix calories burned?
Just curious if anyone can tell me how many calories you burn during 21 day fix workout? I'm interested in all workout! I know it's different for everyone..if you want to know I'm 5'4 126lbs. But I would just like to know everyone's calories burned :)

Can anyone suggest a 1200 calorie weekly meal plan?! Easy things to make?! Every time I try and Google things I get complicated recipes or things I would never use like lamb! I'm not a big meat eater but I will occasionally eat chicken! Can anyone help?!
not losing any weight!?
I am over my 90 days on p90x3 along with diet I only lost 6 lbs. For the past month and a half I haven't lost inches or weight..I'm stuck? I'm 5'4" 161 lbs so I'm over weight and want to get to 135 but how am I suppose to get there if I haven't lost anything in so long? Help how do I get my weight loss going again!!??
