meal plan

Can anyone suggest a 1200 calorie weekly meal plan?! Easy things to make?! Every time I try and Google things I get complicated recipes or things I would never use like lamb! I'm not a big meat eater but I will occasionally eat chicken! Can anyone help?!

    Here is an example. I don't know what you like to eat or what your nutritional needs are so you may not like any of this. It's really easy to put together. Just take the things you like and run them through MFP. You can add or take foods away to make it work. With careful planning you can fit a lot of food into a 1200 calorie window.

    Breakfast:
    1/2 cup Oatmeal - 150 Calories
    3 tbsp brown sugar - 51 calories

    Lunch:
    Tuna 70 calories
    2 slices of wheat Bread - 120 calories
    1 tbsp Mayonnaise - 90 calories

    Dinner:
    140g chicken - 300 calories
    baked potato - 175 calories
    sour cream - 23 calories
    2 tbsp chives - 2 calories

    Snacks:
    Plain Greek yogurt - 90 calories
    1 cup frozen berries - 90 calories

    Total 1161 Calories.
