These are so good, 2 eggs, 1 banana, 30g low carb chocolate protein powder, mash the banana and whisk all together and cook. I just then layered with strawberries and drizzled honey over. Only around 360 cal and its a big serve, it could even serve 2 or just half the recipe. Omit the protein powder and save about 100cals…
So far i have been exercising on my own walking etc, today i got myself a gym membership going to start tomorrow for my first session. Hopefully it the next step to boost my energy levels. Anyone have any suggestions on routines and motivations for gym sessions so it doesn't get boring.
