Hello mfp people! I was wondering if anyone has used either a exercise bike or a Gazelle to help with weight loss? If so, did they work? Trying to see which one I should buy. Thanks! :)

Wii exercise games?
So has anyone lost weight with any of these wii games? I've heard a lot of people recommending them but I don't want to start something if it's just a waste of time. Just dance 2 My Fitness Coach Sports Active Gold's Gym Cardio Workout Any input is great. Thanks!

Hello. So I've seen many people on here that's doing the Special K diet or the 30 Day Shred. I was wanting to hear from people who are doing/done either of these things. Did you actually lose weight? If so how long did it take before you started losing? Thanks! :happy:
