I just got a HR monitor and boy was the treadmill off as far as accurate calories go! I usually run on the treadmill for 20 mins and it says I burn around 230 calories but when I used my HR monitor it said 95 calories! So I noticed whenever I log in my weight training or mat exercises there isn't a system for calories burned during these exercises. I know I am burning calories during my 20-30 min sessions of strength training but I am not sure how to account for these burned calories on the site. Any suggestions?
