Gained 2lb overnight!!!
*SHRIEK* nooooooooooooooo well i upped my calories yesterday as everyone said they were too low, mostly added nuts for protein. Today i get up and im 2.3lb heavier ALREADY!! i'm going to end up right back where i started :( WHY cant i shift weight??

Not working hard enough?
Well three weeks in and i have gained another pound. I'm super careful about my diet, go to the gym for two hours 6 days a week and really try to push myself and weight train with as heavy weights as i can manage and the results are....................nothing. Is it just me??
Or does everyone else pee like crazy when theyre on a diet?? i expect in tn the first few days because its all water loss and not fat but two weeks in i'm still peeing like crazy and even waking up in the night to go which i never used to. I need to sleep not pee!!

getting harder as i get older
well 10 years ago i weighed in at a whopping 284lbs and even at 5ft 10 i was definitely way into the obese category. With help from slimming world i lost 8st in 18months and dropped down to 168lb and a very happy size 12.
